Opis

Alkorcell is pattern foil for interior applications made from polypropylene base with duroplastic dye facing. The foil is used for facing chipboards for furniture production, edging, user electronics, ceiling panels, elements for interior doors.

Parameters and advantages:

    * Humidity, water and mold resistant
    * Serves as a barrier for steam and formaldehydes
    * Flexible and crack-less
    * The foil conforms to the general requirements for furniture facing in terms of wear-resistance, scratching, friction, dirt, cleaning and light sensitivity

Nature friendliness
The product formula does not contain formaldehyde. The foil is safe and in case of fire does not emit contaminants because it does not contain halogens and cadmium. Only ecologically friendly pigments are used.
Production process
Alkorcell can be used for lamination of flats, as well as for lamination of profiles with dispersion, heat-melting and solvent glues. It can also be used to limited extent for production by means of 3-D press.
Patterns
Approximately 1000 printing cylinders and more than 200 different cylinders for patterning allow the production of unlimited number of patterns imitating wood, other natural materials, custom patterns, single-color patterns.

ALKORTHERM
Alkortherm is a PVC foil for lamination of flats by means of membrane press. The facing is treated wear-proof polish and has good light sensitivity and dirt-resistance.
Nature friendliness
The Alkortherm foils have excellent covering parameters. They do not contain formaldehyde and cadmium. The pigments and stabilizers used are also nature friendly. The foils are not subject to the hazardous materials regulations and do not present health hazard during production and use.
