OpisThe laidback chair is designed to be used either exclusively around a table or as a carver chair to the short back chair. It also makes a fabulous bedroom chair or an occasional chair to be pulled up when needed. The key design features of these carver chairs are both comfort and a slightly informal air, increased by having a slipcover fitted. Being slightly lower than the Shortback chair its design does not dominate the end of the table, nor block your view when looking down from end to end. Complementary Designs The laidback chair/carver chair is great with large rectangular tables, thick edged tables and the Slab table.
